Please help this is my first time, now yes or no. Would these work together?

Motherboard: ASRock 970 Extreme3 iAMD 970. DD (Socket AM3+) DDR3 ATX Motherboard [970 Extreme3]

Case: Aerocool Strike-X ONE Midi Tower Case- Black [EN58360]

RAM: GrIP Black Dragon 16gb (2X8gb) DDR3 PC3-12800C11 1600Mhz Dual Channel Kit

Processor(s): AMD A4-5300 3.40GHz (Socket FM2) APU Trinity Dual Core Processor

Graphic Card: Sapphire HD 6570 1024mb GDDR3 PC-Express Graphics Card

Power Supply: Aerocool Strike-X 600W '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply

Optical Drive: LG BH10LS38 10x Blu-Ray-RW/16x DVD+RW Lightscribe Drive

Sound Card (Not Sure): Asus Xonar DGX 5.1 PCI-Express Sound Card with Built in Headphone amp

I'm not sure what your question is but the sound card should fit on the motherboard you have selected.

If its whether to bother then that is entirely up to you! If you have speakers/headphones (non USB) then it might be worth it!

Do all the parts work because the hard drive is OEM

Again not sure what you are wanting to know, any SATA harddrive should work with the motherboard but you would need to reinstall the OS with the new equipment.
