System not updating my order

Odd one, having to keep contacting pc specialist due to my order not updating online, every time I have contacted them that is when they update it. I was also told my pc would be shipped next day delivery once it is dispatched then another customer service person told me 3 days, I asked for the gpu box was told they can provide it. A few days go past I ask the customer service text line and was told I can’t. Im not very happy after spending over 3k I can’t even get the right answer, seems no one knows what to do or say.. can I get some update on my order.

None of us work for PCS.

But PCS are an OEM supplier, not retail, so they don’t get parts boxes, just pallets with lots of them in protective wrapping.

If you’re uk based then shipping is next day via DPD unless you were told it’s a palet delivery in which case that’s up to 3 days.
