Ram problems on new pre-built PC

Good evening! It's great that PCS provides these member forums.
I have recently purchased a NEXA 530 pre-built PC from Curry's, but seem to be having some RAM problems and was looking for a bit of troubleshooting or advice.
From the start after connecting the power there was three high pitched beeps from the PC and would only happen again after being unplugged from the mains. I thought nothing of it at first and it was only after looking into it that I realised it was an error code regarding memory.

When I first powered up the PC and ran the setup into Windows, I restarted and enabled XMP in the BIOS and the PC would not boot. It eventually let me back into the BIOS and I disabled it and booted into Windows.

I have been getting some amazing results in my games since I set it up on the 16th of January, so thought I would just live with it.
Unfortunately, this morning, I turned the PC on after a normal shutdown last night and after about 5 minutes the PC locked up with no mouse or keyboard control, I restarted and the PC gave the three beeps and wouldn't boot.
I tried reseating the RAM in the A2 and B2 slots that it was already installed in and it still wouldn't boot, but after installing the RAM into slots A1 and B1 the PC booted fine.

Earlier this evening, I updated the motherboard BIOS to the latest version to see if it would rectify my XMP problem, but unfortunately it didn't.

The RAM modules that I have installed are CMK5X16G1E60Z36A2 which don't seem to be listed in the compatibility list for my z790-P motherboard.

My question is, should this PC have come with compatible RAM modules from the start and also whether the problem might be with the RAM modules or the motherboard?

I have not yet phoned PCSPECIALIST with my purchase details to register on the site, so below is the specs taken from Curry's website.

I know this is a rather long post, but thank you for your time

We love you Ukraine
CMK5X16G1E60Z36A2 which don't seem to be listed in the compatibility list for my z790-P motherboard.
It is compatible, it’s just an OEM product code rather than retail so won’t show up on QVL lists.

Best test is install the DIMMS in A1/B1 so it boots ok, then do a memtest86 pass on the RAM.

Try that first without XMP.

I have let it run 2 passes with no errors. Should I let it run for the whole 4 passes?
I’m a bit of a night owl as it happens and realise it is late and not an expecting a reply until tomorrow, so if no reply I will let it run and finish for another hour. Thank you

Yes, it will need to run the full passes

I have been asked to send my S/N to enable registration, which I will still do, although it seems as though I have managed to fix the problem by very slightly easing off the pressure on the screws holding on my cooler.
The DIMMS are both now working in stots A2 and B2 and XMP seems to be working stable at the moment, although I haven't put any stress on the PC yet.
