help setting up intel smart response.
Hi,
I recently got a new desktop from PC specialist, which had smart response technology working fine with an intel 313 ssd 20gb and a HHD 500gb.
the day I got the PC, I had to reinstall new Windows7 losing the raid configuration, because the windows installer did not detect any HHD or raid volumen. so I disabled raid mode in order to install the new OS(on the HHD). After that I am not able to reconfigure the raid and the smart response on my PC.
the Following actions I took so far
After installing all drivers and the Intel rapid Storage Technology Driver ( like the manual says) , the windows does not start! It keeps rebooting when the windows logo comes up. then the recovery error windows came up asking to repair the windows, restoring the system to a point before the driver was installed. In few words windows does not boot on raid mode. what am I missing?
I would like to know step by step how did they setup intel smart response on my PC.
can somebody help?
