New gaming pc!! Help!!

I’m finally getting a new pc as my old one just doesn’t cut it anymore. I use it primarily for gaming at 1440p. I want it to be able to run any game 90+ fps on medium settings (atleast). I’ve done some discussion and this is what I’ve been recommended. Thoughts?

That's pretty perfect really, not a lot I would change.

The only amendment I'd suggest is upping the PSU to 1000W, or 1200W Shift if you want to be 100% covered.

With modern GPU's they have a side effect called "Transient Spikes" where they can draw up to double the TDP of that GPU. You want to allow yourself headroom for any GPU upgrade in the future (as no matter what you spec, that will be the first bottleneck), and the 4090 can draw up to 1200W on it's own. The additional benefit of the 1200W Shift model that PCS stock is that it's the brand new ATX 3 standard which is far more efficient and reliable for modern systems.

Be aware, that just because you have a 1200W PSU doesn't mean it will draw that much, it's just the overhead it has available to draw from.
