I'd go for this build, I don't know what its going to be used, But i assume you are going to be doing a lot of photo/video rendering work due to your high ram.
This build looks more suitable, I've added the i7 2600K instead as its better for Gaming and you can also overclock it. I've also added an SSD which allows your computer to boot up much faster, load programs at a more considerable speed.

I guess you start by calling them on Tuesday and letting them know. As long as they haven't started building your pc they are very flexible. Just another of their attractions to would be buyers.

I'll email them at the moment so on tuesday morning they may see it before they start building. If I havent got a reply when I have woken up then I'll phone them. The spec that killzoned posted seems very good for what I want and after abit of research the 2600k seems so have its advantages and I can overclock it in the future if I need to

do you think it will be okay to put my new order in now, I really just want to do it. I cant be charged until they authorise it and by then it will have been cancelled

Just before you change i think you might be better getting a Nvidia card depending on the programs you use as of them make use of the Cuda cores.
