Gaming and maybe recording

I'm looking to spec a pc that is able to play pretty much all games and record them at the same time but don't really know enough to confidently spec something myself. Main games that it needs to be able to run are games like rust and overwatch. Budget for the pc itself would be around £1500 with some flexibility and £2000 including all the additional items like a monitor and a keyboard and mouse. No preference on AMD or Intel, whichever is the best bang for your buck. Any advice on sepcs?

I recently purchased my own custom pc from here a few months ago and now my friend would also like to buy a pc but doesn't want to spend too much if they don't have to. I was curious what would be a minimal amount of money one could spend on a pc build and still receive good enough performance...

Nothing is wrong with it, I gave it to a family member as a gift and wanted another one.
