Details needed to overclock Intel® Core i5-3570K on Vanquish 670XM

I have just purchased the Vanquish 670XM which said the processor was overclockable to a max of 4.4ghz. It is currently running at the default 3.40ghz. Therefore I have assumed I need to overclock this myself.

I have little experience with overclocking so need advice on how to do so please. I obviously dont want to fry my new CPU. Do I need to phone Tech Support to get the correct values etc?
