Asus Tuf gaming b550 plus. PCI 4.0

Hi just recently built a new pc but struggling to understand which is the PCI 4 gen slot. Even when looking at the manual it shows 2 PCI slots for the graphics card but doesn't say this is the 4.0 slot or this is the 3.0 slot or I'm reading it wrong. Any help is appreciated. Will send a link to the manual.
