Thank you for the response. I say it is the GPU that is failing as it only does this on gaming, and the PC sounds as if it continues running normally. I can hear the game sounds etch, no problem. Just the screen loses signal and the GPU fan starts spinning like crazy. I do not know what else it...
Thank you. So I guess I need to look at finding a vendor selling retail licence to windows 10. Any suggestions on that? Also, any suggestions on whether it is worth replacing my GPU on the old system and what with?
Hi everyone. I just build a new system here ar PCS in order to replace my 10 year old system, again build here in PCS. It has developed a fault where during gameplay (nothing too demanding, the fault happens even during world of tanks gameplay) the screen goes black (the computer keeps working...
Order just went in. A massive thank you to everyone who helped. I am sure I will have a ton of questions once the built is here. I hope you will be patient with me once again once I am trying to set everything up...
Thank you very much. The problem is that on the other side there are 80+ people who sometimes struggle with technology. A disk is easier for them to deal with! ;)
I just had a look at what you suggested, and it's 9nly £30 more than the ine on pcs and it's faster. I am not worri3d about it's size. I think I like it...
Thank you very much for the answers. The Blu Ray will be used for burning home videos and pictures for family abroad, and the occasional viewing of movies. Nothing too taxing. The higher speed is for when I need to burn a full Blu Ray, so it does not take ages.
Good morning. I am sold. I think this set up you propose is great, and after what both you and Tony mentioned about the windows version I realise I do not really need the Pro edition. Final couple of questions please.
1. I saw a few youtube videos with people explaining some issues they had...
I was just under the impression that Windows Pro have better protection (firewall, etc) and better functionality. Maybe I am wrong. I will google the difference and educate myself...
Thank you for this. It makes sense. I have no idea how to adjust the speed of the fans. Do I do this in BIOS? Similarly, if the fans have RGB capabilities, do I adjust the colour of the light to match the speed of the fan on BIOS or is there a different way to do so?
Thank you again. A quick look (I will have a better look tonight) and I think I favour this set up.

I added a 1200W power and a 2TB SSD
I think I have covered most angles. When it comes to USB it says that on the front...
Thank you. Actually, RGB is irrelevant to me. If it is there it is nice, if it is not, I really won't miss it. What is more important is that the case has good air flow and functionality. I am not interested in looks at all, and size is not important. Although it is a 'desktop' it sits at the...
Thanks again. I use the Blu Ray primarily for when I burn images and home video for family abroad, and for viewing my collection of blu ray movies. That means I probably use this a couple of times a month, maybe a bit less, maybe a bit more. so not much. I will have a look at the cases you...
Thank you so much for all your answers. It all makes sense. I am beginning to swing towards your opinion for using an external Blu Ray writter. Which of the cases on offer on the builder facility would you go for? Also, any suggestions on which Blu Ray written you would buy? I had a look on...
Hi again Scott, and once again, many thanks for the time you took to study my built and improve on it. I had a good look at what you suggested and I am convinced I am very happy with it. I just changed the OS to professional, as this is what I always had and the price difference is not that...
