I've tried pushing away from the RAM stick, towards the RAM stick and 'down' towards where it slots in. Nothing budges. Then tried a small screwdriver instead and without much force, one of the little plastic end pieces at the side snapped off. RAM still firmly in place. :( -

Hi all, I spoke to PC Specialist about an issue with my three month old gaming pc. Problem was narrowed down to the memory being faulty. I offered to bring the machine in to get them replaced (I only live down the road) but was told I'd have to leave it there for 1-2 weeks. So have opted instead...
