I bought the 4090 with Samagung 990 Pro and 32 gig of ram - Are you using the latest Nvidia driver? That was causing issues - I believe it's connected with streaming videos on youtube etc. I rolled back to the driver supplied by PCSpecialists and all is well.- Swisst
