MSFS seems to get CPU bound before it gets GPU bound and Ive seen quite a few people get the greatest £2000 cards and not see "that" much improvement, considering their outlay. Yep 100% agree on the "advice" bit, lesson learnt there as it seems I really have no real viable upgrade solutions...

Too be fair to the 6700xt hasn't actually been that bad. I can fly in VR, with a quest2 headset on mostly medium settings and I can get about 25fps. This does take a fair bit of witchcraft with openxr toolkit and oculus debug tool though.

Thanks Tony, yep I've upgraded my drives, the evo plus is still my boot drive, and is currently 50% free. The 1TB QVO drive is now my "documents, pics, vids" drive and I purchased a Solidigm P44 Pro 2TB M.2 drive. This handles MSFS and all its files, currently 72% free
