Can the delivery not ask for a time in which the delivery is at the door? I won't be in until 4pm so I was wondering. It has been dispatched now so is this too late anyway?

Can the amount of sent/received mail be increased from the current amount as the limit is tiny. I filled it twice in 20 minutes earlier alone. (Maybe 250 - 500) Thanks! :P
