It was indeed the graphics card that was the problem so I'm going to need a new one of those sent out. RAM and all was removed, tried it with the other graphics card from the old PC and it worked fine

Couldn't have been something easier like RAM needing reset

So it's seeming more and more like a graphics card issue

I do have a white light on but I have no idea which light it is. A green light appeared briefly but it went off after a maybe a second

I never thought about that, I'll check tomorrow as I'm about to head to work but how would one fix a flaky RAM if that was the issue?

Nope, I used my monitor that is still fairly new as its only around 2 years old. My friend has an older monitor than mine and it worked fine with his PC from PCS and I have another who also didn't have any problem with his old monitor and his PC from PCS.

Good to know I'm not alone in this, I'll let you know if removing the GPU and double checking all the wiring does anything, if not I think we'll both have to send them back to PCS for them to fix

Honestly, I tried PCS the day it arrived, I called their tech support, got all the way to the phone ringing after an hour and 45 minutes for someone not to pick up and send me right back to the last in the queue. I've also sent two emails, one after they didn't pick up the phone and the other...
