thank you - the laptop shuts down. No BSOD just a standard shutdown. There is little fan noise prior to the shutdown so don't believe there is a heat problem. Will do the suggested battery check. Thx Rob

We have a persistent problem with an Elimina laptop that keeps shutting down unexpectedly. it has the Logitech MH270 keyboard and mouse and the DS110 docking hub for an ethernet connection. it isn't over heating and there is no pattern to it happening. Anyone else experienced this and found a fix?
