I bought my fourth PC Specialist laptop (one got crushed, two others for the kids) three years ago. This month, a number of keys on the keyboard stopped working, so I arranged for a repair, happy to pay... but it seems PC Specialist no longer stocks the keyboard. They gave me companies in the US...
I was guesstimating around the £1-£1.3K mark.... but I may be off. A lot of social gaming, but who knows where that will lead in the next couple of years.
