Windows says I'm all up to date. Here are all the other drivers that came with my purchase. Do you reckon installing these would fix the Multimedia Controller driver? Not sure if it's even a problem though. Thanks!

Incredible. I was looking through Control Center's power profiles and noticed that it wouldn't allow me to use custom profiles on battery. Weird, so I checked if I had forgotten to plug the battery back in and sure enough my dumbass forgot. Everything is back to normal now. At least we learned...

Are you looking at any of these in particular? I'm unsure about drivers as I did a fresh install of Windows. Installed Steam, MSI Afterburner, Graphics drivers and Control Center. Just tried to switch between optimus on and off and the issue still persists.

Just got home, installed control center, rebooted, tried switching between the profiles and it is still capped at 30w for CPU and 35w for GPU. This is on a clean install of Windows...
