You were wondering about moving the DIMMs? I could try that anyway (i.e. leaving 16GB in). Problem is that I have tested all 4 DIMMs and none appears to have a problem. If moving them around did fix it, then it's probably a BIOS issue, I guess, which would bring me back to re-flashing the BIOS...

Ah - sorry about that. I copy-pasted the spec from my original order, but then manually (and inaccurately) edited my after-order adjustments. I actually have 4 x 8GB corsair vengeance.

Unplugged all USB items (only keyboard and mouse left) and same issue - waking from sleep gives 4 beeps, power cycle and full reboot. Will try starting in safe mode. Can I do standard 'sleep' from there?

I have taken all 4 DIMMs out & dusted their contacts and seatings with an air-blower. I took out the M.2 drive nearest the DIMM slots (labelled M2P_CPU on the motherboard map) and dusted it & contacts. Couldn't easily get to the other M.2, which was under the gigantic graphics card. Hi. Thanks for the reply. Did this, but just the same - goes to sleep fine, but when waking it does 4 short beeps then appears to power cycle and does a full boot into windows.
