I've not done that yet but I will do that test, thank you. I am 99% sure it's that fan though because I was watching it when I hit render and it was fine, not wobbling and no noise, and then after a few minutes as soon as that one fan started wobbling the noise came with it, whilst the other 2...

It's just the fan blades wobbling, so the black bit which is all screwed in is nice and tight and doesn't move

I've tried that this morning and unfortunately it's still doing it :( I'm thinking if maybe could the foam have been pushing up against that one fan in transit and damaged it? Not sure
