Ok first let me share specs so you know exactly what I got ok now I got all this for 660Euro and that included delivery to Ireland it came in a very safe package really you could throw the package with the laptop in it at a wall and while not recommended I be pretty sure it is ok that is how good it was packed. The Laptop pictures I love I normally get Desktops actually the two Desktops I got from PCSpecialist are amazing and still working like one 12 years ago and 3 Years anyway back to the laptop see the specs really only bought this one for my flying trips so Zoom Broadcasts Radio keep in touch with Social Media and able to run Apps for maybe Video Editing basic ect, while on the move and bang went for basic but fast and this little baby reminds me 2023 is here, To be honest at this stage I knew PCSPECIALIST be putting in the lastest or at least in date parts to the Laptop, and I know this from experience, however, I have to admit a little nervous as all my Desktops were gaming so this a small Laptop but trust is something best earned and these guys have earned it along with respect, the Laptop is performing the way I want it to be easy to set up quite and very smooth I downsized to 14inches and am glad I did add 8gbs ram so total 16 but really you all should do that trust me well worth it even for an Ordinary laptop makes life very comfortabel, these Laptops esp the small ones will relie on the cpu even ur Graphics card so the extra ram takes the heat off the CPU I know not everyone will agree with that but jsut trust me it does us and adds at least a year onto your Laptop. Now I can not say how reliable this Laptop will be but off to a flying start and if my Desktops are anything to go by the picture will be included then I have nothing to worry about.
One last thing the old Computer I had problems updating to Windows 11 I called PCSpecialist they called me back talked me through the process and sent me easy-to-understand instructions the service was really friendly and the computer was not under Warranty yes I know it is outstanding this is why I gave you a real long Review because they are amazing the service the product and really it is a feel-good factor knowing that if you can not fix it they will help you fix it, as for there fix it for you pick up and return well amazing but I actually never needed it and I do not think you will either I mean it I recommend PC SPECIALIST above all and esp if you live in the UK I live in Ireland and am one very Happy customer the service alone should get ten stars thank you for reading and I hope to be making a new review in five years on the Laptop and how long it lasted Happy Easter
