New PC won't turn on

My new PC arrived yesterday, but it doesn't seem to turn on. There is a flash when turning on the power supply, but it doesn't go past this. I've tested the power cable & outlet on my other PC, and they work fine. Any ideas on what's wrong?

Edit: I am deciding to send it back, thank you everyone that helped.

Check all the internal connectors, sometimes stuff comes loose in transit

You have turned the switch on, on the psu haven't you

I’ve made sure all the cables are plugged in correctly. And yes, there is a spark of light when I turn on the psu.
I'd honestly send it back mate, the PSU is probably the only component I wouldn't recommend going poking around inside. Flash of light could be an arc inside the unit from a loose connection it could potentially be a fire hazard.

I know this sucks but it's what I'd do

And to rule out the obvious, after turning on the psu at the back, you pressed the power button on the front of the case?

Yeah, I will soon do this, I was just making sure I didn’t miss any easy fixes before I did.
