Make my rig cheaper!

So TLDR I am getting my own place next year and to commemorate the occasion I am treating myself to a future proof new desktop (returning to PC from my current gaming Laptop) with an intention to start doing some streaming with the time im going to free up from not having to commute. My budget is £5000 for everything (including monitors, keyboards, headset/mics and streaming kit). I am aware this build is quite extra (im treating myself), and conscious that the 4k monitors may not fully utilize the 3090 so I may be pouring money down the drain as a result - would be curious to get the opinion of people far more knowledgeable on this than me to see where I can make the best savings.

PS. It is my intention to eventually upgrade the RAM further but I am likely to purchase this at a later date if I feel I need it (dont' think I will).

Ok, it's entirely wrong then, wrong platform, we can do far better.

What kinds of games?
My intention atm will be to mostly be playing New World if Amazon ever launches it, ideally with max settings and the ability to stream with such if required. Also will likely play battlefield on it seeing as it’s included with the graphics card haha

I had a feeling it would be wrong so appreciate any help

For the build, this is a gaming PC, the one you had previously configured was a workstation which wouldn't have worked very well for gaming:

With the peripherals, you could probably do better ordering elsewhere. At your budget, I'd consider the Corsair K100 keyboard (£215 on Amazon), the Razer Viper mouse if you want one (£90 on Amazon) and the Astro A40 headset (£102 on Amazon). For monitors, the G9 is completely amazing: another option slightly cheaper would be the Gigabyte FO48U, which is 4K OLED 120Hz and will apparently come out soon...

Twin monitors aren't a good idea for gaming, as you'd normally only use one at a time. A larger monitor like the Samsung G9 (or the Aorus) gives you all the benefits and none of the drawbacks. If you want a second display for streaming (and you probably don't need to), you can get a cheaper monitor to mount at the side, perhaps vertically: there, 1080p 60Hz is probably plenty, and hundreds of pounds cheaper.

Much appreciated, what would you recommend if I wanted to go 2x27”
For a suitable monitor you'd need 4k 144Hz, 27" is generally considered too small for 4k with 32" being the minimum.

There is only one currently in budget:

Then as the secondary monitor you can get whatever you want, just a standard 60Hz display as it won't be used for gaming at all.

The only thing to be aware of with the G9 is if you're streaming. It's a very unusual aspect ratio (32:9), and you would almost always stream in 16:9 aspect ratios (I'm not aware of platforms that would support other options). So for a streaming-centric rig, that's a mark in favour of a 16:9 option, because what you see will match what you'll be able to stream.

You just set a 16:9 window for the game stream. People don't seem to understand picture in picture. There's literally no use case where the G9 doesn't fit.

Even on a standard 4k monitor, you'd have to down the stream to 1080p, so no matter what screen you're using, you'll have to reduce the stream in one way or another.

Yeah, fair enough: not terribly well-phrased on my part. If most of your gaming will be streaming, you won't be making the most of the G9 is what I mean. That's not a problem: it just wouldn't be pushing it to its limits.

I'd consider the 2TB Firecuda 530 over the Samsung 980 Pro for storage. Not much in it though.

I'd agree that a 27in is a bit of waste of 4K. You could go for 2x32 4K panels. There are about 10 of them about to be launched in the next few months. You have the Gigabyte FI32U at £900 but I'd just go for the Gigabyte M32U at £750. Same panel, same everything really, except lack of some RGB. Or the Asus PG32UQ (not the UQX which is £3k). They all seem to suffer from weaknesses though. I don't think we've quite got the "perfect" 32in 4K IPS panel yet.

If you want a 27in 4K then the LG 27GP950-B is probably the panel you want. Better than the Samsung 4K IPS flat panel but also more expensive.
