Yeah was a running a game when I took that video - so it's expected for the fans to go up.
I have the same case and was getting similar funny sound when running a game. Found out I didn't remove the peel on the inside of the glass front cover of the 5000x. So when it blows fast the edges kept making that noise. peeled it off (very satisfying btw) and no more sound. It maybe same for yours if you haven't peeled it off.
