Gpu Driver Problems..

So I've had this pc specialist pc for around 5 months now, and for a while it would always say driver timeout, my screen would go black, I wouldn't be able to do anything and i would have to force shut my pc off and turn it back on again, I updated my drivers and for the next 3 months it was perfectly fine. until yesterday it started doing it again, keep in mind my drivers are fully up to date, as I only updated them around 2 weeks ago, I checked for new drivers, nothing. fully up to date. but this time my pc shut off and when i turned it on again my gpu drivers had been fully uninstalled? which baffles me really, so I installed them again from the amd official website (I have a 5700xt) and then it did it again, it did it around 30 minutes ago via to posting this, I just don't know what the problem is really.

Could you post your full specs from the order page?

So i looked on that website to post and most of my specs arent actually on there, to make things easier the name of the pc is ''Pc Specialist Fnatic gaming pc' or my specs are: AMD Ryzen 7 3700x
Asus Strix b450f motherboard (i think)
16gb 3200mhz corsair vengeance ram
Amd raedon 5700xt
and a 80+ bronze 750w corsair psu
sorry in advance if this is annoying

It states exactly how to post them from your order page, the configurator is if you don’t own it yet.

Or did you order from somewhere like pcworld? If so do you have a link to the page you bought it from?

If you bought from somewhere else, not directly PCS website, you should contact PCS to register a PC for your warranty (to do that you need to contact PCS customer support). After that you'll be able to see full specs in your PCS account.
