Gigabyte Z490 Vision D and M2 slots

Hello,

I'm about to install a new system on the Z490 Vision D

I will install the OS on a samsung 970 evo plus nvme

I also have another 1TB pciex nvme dedicated to some applications

My question is simple: :
Of the 3 nvme ports which one is preferred (if any) for the system disk?
On which other port should I install the second nvme pciex knowing that the top pciex 16x port will be populated as well as the single pciex port (1x) for an audio processing DSP card (UAD))?

I wouldn't want to do anything stupid by restricting the bandwidth if I use the wrong slots.

Moreover if someone can explain to me the difference between these three slots (m2a_cpu, m2m_sb and m2p_sb) I am a taker even if I have already understood that the latter only supports pciex.

I see the top 2 ports share SATA lines while the bottom one seems to share the pciex x4 line from the next port ..... are there any transfer speed differences?

Thank you for your answers !
