What's the budget?

What does that spec cost?

What monitor are you using? (and is it one you already own, are buying with this PC, or are buying from elsewhere - if the latter, what's the budget for this?)

What are you using it for? Anything other than straight up gaming?

Current spec costs 1.4k, that’s around what I’m willing to spend. I’m buying a new 144hz monitor budget for that is 2-300.

PC is for just gaming and general usage

I put the spec you posted into the configurator and it says £1175 - were there peripherals or other extras?

For that kind of money, I'd probably suggest something like:

The Spec Delta case looks pretty starved of airflow (it has 3 fans but the front panel is pretty much entirely sealed up over 2 of them!). The 460X is a much better bet if you want some RGB lighting.
Faster SSD from the M.2 menu. Also larger SSD
Faster RAM
Larger PSU to allow for future upgrades especially on the GPU front
AMD Zen 2 build - Zen 2 CPUs were released a week ago and have very compelling performance vs price. Indeed the pricing lets you afford all the goodies above and still have it be no more expensive. The stock AMD coolers are decent.
