Changing the boot logo?

Hi everyone,

Just wondering if it is possible to change the PCS boot logo on windows 8.1 which came with the PC to the normal "4 squares" default windows boot screen?
I just like the obscurity of the PC, being unbranded and all.

Thanks!

The short answer is no, unless you know where it is and the specific file location for the motherboard your using.

Unless its an ASUS board (which is likely if its a PCS computer :)), you might be able to change it using ASUS Suite II.

Press mute and watch this. Did I mention press mute?

Or (as Steaky mentioned) open ASUS AI Suite, choose EZ Update and you can do it from there.
