I'm not sure (being an AIO) how accessible it will be after being built to add other components.

Plus the PSU will limit the addon's, so if you were to order as you have with on board gpu, it's possibly PCS would add a smaller PSU which wouldn't accomodate the extra power of a dedicated GPU.

I'm not sure any of us can answer this, you really need to speak with PCS directly, they don't monitor these forums.

Thank you, this is helpful. I thought I would post on the forum as they are closed today and I'm keen to get it ordered. I need to keep the cost down so maybe a tweak with an entry level graphics card will be enough. I don't game much but the need for another monitor might come up and I'd like to have the flexibility.

What's the reason for an AIO anyway? They're much more expensive than they need to be, and hamper performance generally, very likely isn't the best way to go.

I wouldn't rush into buying it without getting proper advice from PCS.

I want to save space. I have a small office to work in and this would be useful to not have clutter. What would you suggest for a good pc that would be upgradeable in the future for under £800?

I'm not the best person to ask on budget builds, but you could definitely get a lot more for your money, both in performance and upgradeablity with a current AMD build. Perhaps small form factor PC if budget permits. You could also get a better screen than 1080p which is quite restrictive by today's standards.

PCS do sell the Vanguard with some GPUs (upto RTX 2060 non-Super) so it should be possible, in theory, to add a GPU.

But as above, I've no idea how easy it is to do that, or how well the chassis handles GPUs - or how accessible the GPU is from the outside. You may be able to access the ports from the bottom of the chassis, but if the plan is to have an additional monitor in the future then check first.

The AIO has an HDMI port. I'm not sure if that's HDMI in or out. I'm assuming input? but again, check.

Either way, I'd recommend a 'regular' PC over an AIO. It's easier to upgrade, and much less hassle if something breaks down. Especially if that something were to be the screen.

I put the spec you posted into the configurator and it came out as £843

With a 27" height-adjustable monitor.

You could go with the A320 mobo, though it would rule out a lot of upgrade options. And potentially a cheaper case if you were only going to go with very mid-range GPUs.
