More powerful GPU
Much more cost-effective CPU, and motherboard supporting more upgrade options CPU-wise.
Faster SSD

Also:
better CPU cooler
larger PSU in case useful for upgrades
drop the sound card as onboard sound is fine
drop the extra fans as the CPU cooler effectively adds 2 to the case anyway.

And then a 1440p 144hz monitor, with Nvidia Gsync. PCS have one or two options but you could look at the Dell S2716DG in other stores.

There's no point dropping 2 grand for gaming on a cheap, relatively low resolution and refresh rate monitor. You wouldn't be harnessing the performance of the hardware you're paying for.
